Purpose of United Methodist Women

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

The UMW of St. Andrew’s UMC support many Circles. Circles are small groups of women who meet monthly to study, pray, discuss projects for missions, and engage in fellowship. The bonds that form in these small group meetings help support and nurture the women of St. Andrew’s.
